Abderrezak RACHEDI, a full professor at University Gustave Eiffel since 2018, previously served as an associate professor at Univ. Marne-la-Vallée. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the Univ. of Avignon, an HDR from Univ. Paris-Est, and degrees from Univ. of Savoie. His research focuses on IoT networks, Digital Twin, resource management, and security. He has supervised numerous students and authored over 157 publications, including journals, conferences, and books. Co-founder of uGetwin startup, he holds four international patents and leads three research projects. Ranked among the "World’s Top 2% Scientists in 2020," he is globally recognized for his contributions to computer science and engineering. He serves on editorial boards for IEEE and Wiley journals.

Alessio Mengoni is professor of genetics at the Department of Biology at the University of Florence, in Italy. The main research interests focus on the study of interactions between plants and micro-organisms, linked to bacteria promoting plant growth and the plant microbiome for applications in agricultural and environmental biotechnology. He is the author of more than 180 scientific articles and founding partner of a spin-off company from the University of Florence for microbiological and genetic analysis (EcolGene S.r.l.).

Carlos Tavares Calafate, a full professor at the Technical University of Valencia (UPV) in Spain, graduated with honors in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Oporto in 2001. He earned his Cum Laude Ph.D. in Informatics from UPV in 2006 and has been affiliated with the university since 2002. His research spans ad-hoc and vehicular networks, UAVs, Smart Cities & IoT, QoS, network protocols, video streaming, and network security, with over 500 publications to date. He serves as associate editor for numerous international journals and as section Editor-in-Chief for MDPI Drones journal. Recognized among the World's Top 2% Scientists and top 100 Spanish researchers in Computer Science & Electronics, he is a founding member of IEEE SIG on Big Data with Computational Intelligence and IEEE SIG on Green Internet of Vehicles, and a Senior Member of IEEE.

Professor Khelifa Benahmed conducted his doctoral research on wireless sensor network security at the University of Oran - Algeria and has since accumulated thirty-two years of experience in teaching and research at Tahri Mohamed University Béchar - Algeria. He boasts numerous international publications spanning wireless sensor networks, security, the Internet of Things, smart agriculture, smart grids, and intelligent transportation, with notable metrics including an IndexH(14), IndexI(18), and 627 citations.

Kechar Bouabdellah is full Professor in the Department of Computer Science at university of Oran1 Ahmed Ben-bella, Algeria where he received his Ph.D. in 2010. He has authored several journal publications, refereed conference publications and book chapters. He has been a member of the technical program and organizing committees of several international conferences and workshops. He also serves as a referee of renowned journals. He leads an international cooperation project (PRIMA) and a national project (PNR). He is currently Director of the RIIR laboratory (Industrial Computing and Networks) and head of the research team “Networks and QoS”. Head of the Biology Department from 1987 to 1997. Various administrative responsibilities. Founding member of the Société Algérienne de Microbiologie (SAM), the international Mediterranean research network on biological nitrogen fixation (FABAMED) and the Association Africaine de Fixation Biologique de l'Azote (AABNF). Coordinator of several training courses (Doctorate, Magister and Master). Involved in various national, bilateral and international projects. His field of research is microorganism-plant interactions and their biotechnological application, and he has published over a hundred papers. Responsible for a bio-fertilizing start-up and has supervised around a hundred students (Doctorate, Magister, Engineering and Master).

Abou El Hassan Benyamina is full professor in computer science at Oran 1, Ahmed Ben Bella University Where he leads the LAPECI Laboratory. He graduated from Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Sciences, University of Oran, Algeria, where he received PhD degree in computer science in 2008. He is currently professor of computer science in the Univ. Es-senia ORAN, Sciences et Technologies, Algeria. His research works include parallel processing, optimization, design space exploration and Model Driven Engineering with the special focus on real-time and embedded systems. He directed and participated in several national, international and european projects.
